Rates & Insurance

Rates:

  • 90-Minute New Patient Appointment with Assessment and Testing - $300
  • 90-Minute Autism Screening and Assessment following the New Patient Appointment - $300
  • Follow-up Appointment Including Medication Management - $200
  • Weekly ADHD Coaching - $125
  • Personalized 504 Planning - $125 (If you are a new patient, a 90-minute new patient appointment needs to be scheduled first.)
  • Personalized IEP Planning - $125 (If you are a new patient, a 90-minute new patient appointment needs to be scheduled first)  
  • Telehealth visits at the same rates are optional in the event you cannot be seen in-person. These are scheduled on a case-by-case basis. Telehealth visits do not apply to the 90-minute new patient appointments; these must be completed in person.   For more information regarding telehealth visits, please visit the "Services" tab of this website. 

Insurance:

Navigating mental health coverage and reimbursement is often challenging and unfortunately this practice does not accept health insurance. For this reason, our services are considered as "out-of-network" and are often reimbursed under this portion of your insurance plan. Reimbursement ranges from 50%-80% depending on the individual insurance plan.

Not accepting insurance, allows me to offer greater flexibility in treatment options and services in order to provide a variety of personalized treatment options without the constraints that insurance companies often impose.

While I do not bill your insurance company directly, I can provide you with a detailed invoice after each appointment or a monthly "superbill" that you can submit to your insurance carrier for potential reimbursement under your out-of-network plan.

It is strongly encouraged for you to check with your insurance carrier to understand your specific benefits.

Payment:

Payment options include all major credit cards, HSA, FSA and debit cards that are stored in a HIPPA-compliant medical record system for your convenience. Payments are processed at the time of each visit allowing for ease in making payment transactions. There will be an additional 3.25% processing fee added to all card transactions. 

Cancellation Policy:

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 48 hours prior to your visit to prevent being charged a late cancellation fee.  

If you are unable to come to the office for your follow-up appointment, a telehealth visit may be an option and will be scheduled on a case-by-case basis. Telehealth visits do not apply to the 90-minute new patient intake visit, these must be completed in person.
